🗺️Did you know that Ptarmigan even reaches people in the Greater Victoria area?

Since fall 2023, Caroline Stengl has been instructing a Watercolour Sketch Club in her community – a manufactured home park that is mostly seniors – under the Ptarmigan banner. Participation is joyous and very engaged!

Caroline Stengl has been a facilitator for Ptarmigan for several programs over the years, and served as a volunteer board member about ten years ago.
